Mitigwaaki Tree and Gardens
Bring the Beauty of Indigenous Traditions to Your Garden.
Indigenously Infused is a woman-owned business that specializes in creating stunning and culturally significant gardens and landscapes. We offer consultations to help you design a space that incorporates traditional Indigenous plants, knowledge, and protocols.
Mitigwaaki is an anishinaabemowin name for forest, this is what we named our gardens and trails. We specialize in growing the traditional medicines, and have the community connections to ensure proper protocols are met. We are located directly on the First Nation, and our practice is a wholesome example of authentic reconciliation.
Our consultations are a great way to learn about the rich history of Indigenous gardening practices and how you can incorporate them into your own outdoor space. Similar to our gardens at Mitigwaaki (forest in anishinaabemowin) located at Indigenously Infused in Curve Lake First Nation, Ontario.
We can help you select plants that are not only beautiful but also medicinal and have spiritual significance. We can also help you create a design that is harmonious with the natural environment and living beings.
With Indigenously Infused, you can create an outdoor space that is both beautiful and meaningful.
